At GrantMatchr, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid subscription plans. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
2. Free Tier
Our Free tier is available at no cost and does not require any payment. As such, no refunds are applicable to the Free tier. You can use the Free tier to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Pro Tier Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly Pro subscriptions (£29/month):
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewal Refunds: Refunds are not available for automatic renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual Pro subscriptions (£290/year):
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your annual subscription period.
- Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee period.
4. Enterprise Tier Refunds
Enterprise subscriptions are subject to custom terms and conditions outlined in your individual service agreement. Refund policies for Enterprise customers will be specified in your contract. Please contact your dedicated account manager or reach out to our support team for questions regarding Enterprise refunds.
5. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Request must be made within the applicable guarantee period (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
- This must be your first subscription to GrantMatchr (refunds are not available for repeat subscriptions)
- Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- You must not have previously received a refund from GrantMatchr
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has expired
- Failure to secure grant funding (our service provides matching and recommendations, not guaranteed funding)
- Dissatisfaction with grant matching results after actively using the service beyond the guarantee period
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Changes in your business circumstances or funding needs
- Technical issues on your end (browser compatibility, internet connection, etc.)
- Subscription downgrades (e.g., from Pro to Free)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send a refund request to support@grantmatchr.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include Required Information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant transaction or receipt details
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
8. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
9. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your GrantMatchr account
- Navigate to your Profile settings
- Select the option to cancel your subscription
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please follow the process outlined in Section 7.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues and providing refunds where appropriate under this policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and may complicate the resolution process.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
